Middletown Branch Activities
AAUW is committed to re-envisioning the American women’s movement and to make our convention the pre-eminent women’s leadership event in America by 2009.
A new mission-based program theme, "Education as a gateway to Women’s Economic Security" was initiated to attract new members and for all women and girls in the U.S. and internationally. The three focus areas are: campus, financial literacy, and workplace equity.

Upcoming Events for 2008
Feb. 11th - speaker from DE. Humanities Speaker's Bureau something concerning Black History Month
March 17th - speaker on Irish History or perhaps an Irish dance demonstration
April 21st - Topic "Women in Business" presented by Suzanne Townsley who runs a jewelry business out of her home
May 19th - Dinner meeting and election of new officers
