Activities
AAUW
is committed to re-envisioning the American women’s movement
and to make our convention the pre-eminent women’s leadership
event in America by 2009.
A
new mission-based program theme, "Education as a gateway
to Women’s Economic Security" was initiated to attract
new members and for all women and girls in the U.S. and internationally.
The three focus areas are: campus, financial literacy, and workplace
equity.
